| Details: | Called Gerry regarding positive total coliform sample result and to take three repeat samples in distribution system and a triggered source sample at well. He stated they dosed the well with chlorine (8oz in well) before LCEH was able to contact him and before the repeat and trigger source samples were collected. I also let him know that they will need to collect 3 temporary routine samples next month. UPDATE: TC with Gerry on 4/29/21; he confirmed 3 repeats and trigger source samples were taken on 4/28/21 and submitted to the lab. I also explained that if they drill a new well, it will need to go thru plan review with the State and I emailed Jay McPherson's contact info. | ||
