| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive sample result. DETAILS: Adel School contact, Mary Woodworth, emailed to inform the State that their June 13, 2016, tested positive for coliform. The school has been on a boil water notice since last September and Mrs. Woodworth indicated that they are still on a boil water notice until they can get chlorine treatment for residual maintenace installed. The system is going through plan review for the treatment system. ACTION NEEDED: Install chlorine treatment for the presence of persitant total coliform. | ||
