| Details: | SUMMARY: survey follow up DETAILS: They have addressed the 2 significant deficiencies - the Emergency Response Plan was found and posted back up at the treatment plant, and they ordered/received a new turbidimeter and calibrating standards. On the recommendations, they also ordered new pH meters, are getting a different door lock for the plant, and Charlie will try calibrating the chlorine feed pump with the handout I am emailing him. ACTION NEEDED: Update DMCE that significant deficiencies were addressed. | ||
