| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from a routine sample collected on 6/23/16. Howard called to ask about follow-up sampling. Discussed the requirement for three repeat samples plus one triggered source sample. Noted that their coliform sampling plan was overdue, along with the other deficiencies listed in the most recent survey report. Howard said he did not receive any information on the new sampling plan, but had completed some of the other deficiency correction requirements. I advised him that we need confirmation of the deficiency corrections in writing, and mailed him a template for the coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect repeat and source samples, correct all deficiencies and provide a statement of completion to DWS. | ||
