| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive routine sample DETAILS: Spoke with Dixie in regards to the positive sample and the follow up samples needed. She was not certain but was in a hurry when she took the sample so it is possible it was operator error. Follow up samples are detailed below. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample by 6/30 (due to the holiday). 3 routine samples are then needed in July. Additional follow up will be determined based on the results. | ||
