| Details: | SUMMARY: complaint investigation DETAILS: A resident called from the mobile home park concerned about the water quality. The owner, Nancy Shaw, had been telling the residents the water was safe to drink. A call was made to the testing laboratory and was confirmed that 3 coliform samples had been turned in 6/24/16 and all passed. There was no chlorine residual noted on the coliform lab slips. There also have been no 4-log reports submitted showing the system is meeting its required minimum chlorine residual. Therefore, the boil water notice is still in effect.. ACTION NEEDED: Check free chlorine residuals daily and record on monthly report and submit. Take required follow up samples with chlorine residual written on the report. *contact report amended 7/6/16* | ||
