| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I left Dave Nevin a message on 5/2/2016. Since they are on a monthly source assessment monitoring plan until August there is no change in their sampling plan. If the result had been E. coli then 5 source confirmation samples are required within 24 hours. For today it is only positive for total coliform therefore no follow up is needed for source samples. ACTION NEEDED: The system is not required to take any action at this time. | ||
