Collect and submit 3 samples as REPEATS as soon as possible.If all 3 are negative, then 3 additional routine samples must be collected in June. If there are further positive findings, additional guidance will be required. A copy of the 2016 coliform response chart was provided via email. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 REPEAT samples within 72 hours. If all are coliform negative, then collect 3 additional ROUTINE samples in June.
