| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Operator sent a picture of the screening on the overflow pipe. The operator also has a resident taking at least one chlorine residual per week along with him taking a residual once per week. This resolves all of the deficiencies from the 11/17/15 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
