| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I contacted Ms. Houck and advised her of the positive total coliform result. She will obtain three repeat samples to include one from the site of the original positive sample. She will also obtain a source sample and label it triggered source. She will attempt to submit the samples to the laboratory today, but if she is unable to, she will submit them tomorrow. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain the required water samples and submit them to the laboratory today or tomorrow. | ||
