| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert: COLI15613 Bandon Crossings Clubhouse DETAILS: Left message in voice mail to Ms. Smith with promise to email her follow-up requirements and a request to return my call if the email is not received.Mrs. SmithA water sample from Bandon Crossings Clubhouse recently showed the presence of total coliform bacteria. A few weeks ago the requirements to follow-up were changed. This email outlines the minimum steps you should now take:1. ASAP collect and submit 1 triggered source sample from the wellhead--2. ASAP collect and submit 3 repeat samples from the distribution system--3. In the month of July collect and submit 3 routine samples from the distribution system-- and4.
