| Details: | SUMMARY: Two Routine Total Coliform Positive Samples DETAILS: Received phone call from Frank that there were two total coliform positive samples in distribution. Well #1 (SRC-CA) and Well #2 (SRC-AA) were in use at the time of the positive samples. We discussed triggered source and repeat sampling, in addition to the Level 1 Coliform Investigation. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with investigation. | ||
