Details: SUMMARY: One Repeat Sample Collected on 6-7-16 Tested TC+ DETAILS: 6-10-16 --- One repeat sample collected on 6-7-16 tested TC+. I spoke with Dan regarding this sample result: he is going to speak with the on-site mgr and have him make sure that the down-hole chlorination is working properly and consistently. Dan has a Level 1 template and knows he has 30 days to send me a completed copy. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
