| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up for no May Routine Coliform DETAILS: VIO 154597System missed May 2016 routine coliform. Called Joanne and they completed and sumbitted the seasonal start up form and took a special and April routine but didnt realize they were now monthly. They have since taken a June sample. ACTION NEEDED: Continue monthly sampling throughout season and annual nitrate. Complete seasonal start up with special sample each spring. | ||
