| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow Up for Violation for Non Reporting in May DETAILS: VIO 886715System did not submit May routine coliform. They are a seasonal system and need monthly sample during open season. Called operator Tony and they did submit start up form with routine sample, but did not open in May. They will open in June and took routine on June 15. ACTION NEEDED: Continue monthly sampling through the summer along with annual nitrate. Submit start up form and same protocol each spring. | ||
