| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I contacted Ms. Houck regarding the repeat positive total coliform sample result. I advised her of the requirement to collect 3 samples next month. I let her know the repeat positive result has triggered a Level 1 Coliform Investigation and that the investigation process is designed to identify defects in water system facilties or determine cause for the coliform bacteria in the water and correct any problems discovered. I informed her she will be receiving a letter and the investigation form in the mail and that it must be completed, signed and returned by 7-20-16. ACTION NEEDED: Collect three routine coliform samples next month and complete, sign and return the Level 1 Coliform Investigation form by 7-20-16. | ||
