| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone Message - Follow-up, to the Follow-up, Again - WSS-2015 DETAILS: Phone message left with the operator:We called at 10:30am, 6/22/16, and left a message regarding a phone message we had received from Ms. Hilkey requesting a site visit to review changes made to the water system on 10/13/15 (in person rather than via e-mailed picture). See our correspondence 10/23/15 for additional information.Our message included the following information: (1) We cannot perform a site visit due to time constraints. (2) If Cloud-Cap PWS is opened to the public, the operator must post a public notice due to missing the deadline for failing to resolve significant deficiencies from the 2015 WSS. (3) We have already made a determination regarding the 10/13/15 repairs-- we determined that they were not durable enough and did not meet the requirements of rule. ACTION NEEDED: Resolve outstanding issues or post public notifications before opening for the 2016 season (required - scheduled to open on 7/1/16, but remains weather dependent). | ||
