| Details: | SUMMARY: Report for EC+ DETAILS: I contacted operator Jentry Nix on 6/27/2016 regarding the EC+ samples from 6/24/2016. He stated he had submitted 3 repeats -2 from distribution and one from positive site on 6/25/2016. I advised him to increase the residual chlorine level from .25ppm to 1 ppm throughout the entire system to achieve 4.0 log viral inactivation and to check residual levels twice daily to ensure proper minimum and maximum levels. Nix also stated the chlorine feeder had been detached from the system on 6/22/2016. This may be contributing to the contamination. ACTION NEEDED: Review repeat samples for TC+/EC+. | ||
