| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Quarterly Distribution Sample TC+ DETAILS: Bob reported on 6/17 that his routine sample in Alsea was TC+. Bob was instructed to take three repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample at the East and West wells. Bob took the repeat distribution samples but failed to take the source samples. There was some confusion regarding the RTCR. We reviewed the new coliform response chart. Three repeat samples returned negative for coliform. The source samples submitted a few days later were both positive.I supplied Bob with the new coliform response chart, the new coliform sampling plan template and the Level 1 investigation form should he need it in the future.Bob was advised to take three temporary routine distirbution samples in July. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for July sampling results. | ||
