| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Alert DETAILS: Sample taken 6/27/16 from janitor rm sink positive for total coliform. The system is required to take three repeat samples and one from the well. The samples were taken yesterday. On the original sample there was some silt that came out of the faucet and the system feels it was positive due to low water table at the time of sampling. Informed Mr. Truax if the repeat and well samples are all negative only three samples are required the month of July and this is a change in the sampling schedule. Also informed him if any sample is positive, a Level 1 investigation will be required within 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
