| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up for (Non Alert) Alert for TC+ Assessment Sample Type DETAILS: I contacted Azevedos voicemail on 6/29/2016 and informed him of the alert for TC+ as an assessment sample type. I let him know further samples are not needed at this time, but asked that he monitor the chlorine residual level and assure it is maintained. I have not received a reply as of 6/30/2016.
