| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received a call from Rome Station owner Joel. The routine sample that was collected on 7/11 tested positive for total coliform. I explained the follow-up sampling requirements of three repeat samples and one triggered source sample. Joel said he had recently replaced the faucet where the sample was collected, and upon further questioning, said the aerator was left on the faucet. Either of these could have contributed to the positive result. Joel said he could not collect the follow up samples until Monday due to the mail delivery schedule. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect repeat and source samples. Further action to be based on those results. | ||
