| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: 2 of 5 repeats TC+. Triggered source samples absent. Spoke with Eric and they will chlorinate and flush and resample with routines in July. There was a line break recently without chlorination after repair and they attribute this to positive. Emailed Eric level 1 investigation form to complete and return. ACTION NEEDED: Complete investigation form and take routine samples earlier in July to ensure chlorine and flush fixed the problem. | ||
