| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample 11/4/2015 Positive Total Coliform - Triggered Source Sample Total Coliform Positive 11/11/2015 DETAILS: Triggered sample of source positive on 11/11/2015 after positive total coliform on 11/04/2015 in distribution. Despite mitigating circumstances of work on the source, I notified Jim that he needs to issue Tier 2 public notice to his users about total coliform within 30 days. I sent public notice resources including websites and templates to Jim. ACTION NEEDED: I will continue to work with Jim Osborn to ensure proper notice is delivered to his water system and to ensure that his 5 repeat samples are taken in December 2015. | ||
