| Details: | SUMMARY: Missed AS Sample on Source AB, Well #9. New Operator. He Was Only Told About Doing Quarterly Distribution Samples DETAILS: Operator got a letter that they didnt take AS sample at SRC AB and got a violation. ACTION NEEDED: Take sample at source monthly, turn in to state DWP before 10th of following month. I explained that source AB is under assessment monitoring for a year. That AA needs one source sample per year, and to continue with the quarterly monitoring in distrubution. | ||
