| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to TC+ on 7-5-16 DETAILS: Glen is unsure why another TC+. He has checked the system thoroughly. A new house was built about 4 months ago that has remained unoccupied, this is a possibility. He has called two independent contractors to come out and assess the system. He was advised of the sampling requirements for f/u. ACTION NEEDED: The contractors will give him recommendations. He was advised that he may need to add continuous disinfection . If f/u sampling is TC+ a level 2 inv will be conducted. | ||
