| Details: | SUMMARY: The Routine Sample Collected 6-2-16 Tested TC+ DETAILS: 6-6-16 --- The routine sample collected 6-2-16 tested TC+. I spoke with Doug and received an e mail: he has shock chlorinated the well and issued a boil water notice. I advised Doug that shock chlorinating the well was not correct protocol and that a boil water notice is not necessary at this point given the current sample result. He says the chlorine level has dissipated from the well and that he has collected a triggered source sample and that he was in the process of collecting three distribution repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Triggered source and three distribution repeats. | ||
