Details: SUMMARY: Clarify Deficiency DETAILS: John called to clarify if shoe box type lid would be satisfactory to cover the opening into the steel tank.I answered "yes".He hoped that by 9/15/16 that the lower cistern would be effectively covered to prevent contaminationand that by 7/16/16 all other deficiencies would be corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None.
