| Details: | SUMMARY: Tom Called to Inform Me That the Emergency Well Has Been Placed Into Service DETAILS: 6-16-16 ---Tom called to inform me that the emergency well (#6) has been placed into service. Well #6 has been known to supply water with elevated arsenic levels. Tom said that a 2002 sample drawn directly from the well was 0.25 mg/L. I told Tom to collect a finished water sample (Well #4 is still supplying some water and blending with the emergency well) and to send me the sample results. I spoke with Scott Curry: if the blended sample results are above the MCL then a public notice will need to be issued. Note: a coliform sample was collected from #6 today. ACTION NEEDED: Blended sample arsenic results need to be sent to our office asap. | ||
