| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I contacted Ms. Hauck regarding the positive coliform result from one of the three routine samples the system was required to collect this month. I advised her of the requirement to collect and submit three repeat samples to a laboratory for analysis within 24 hours and informed her that three routine samples must be collected next month. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain the required samples and submit them to a laboratory within 24 hours and collect three routine samples next month. | ||
