| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Coliform Test Was TC+, Repeats to be Taken DETAILS: I spoke with the operator last week and had a conversation regarding the chlorinator. It is gas chlorination and the system has been inoperable for the last couple of months. There is a repair order in on this but as of yet it has not been repaired. Routine sampling detected total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat sampling due to take place. 1 Source and 3 in distribution, spoke to operator 7-12-16. | ||
