| Details: | SUMMARY: June turbidity exceedance DETAILS: The June turbidity report for this system showed that 13 percent of turbidity measurements were over 1 turbidity units. The standard is that no more than 5 percent of samples may exceed 1 turbidity units per month. Charlies public notice indicated the cause to be a problem with the turbidimeter. He changed all the filters and calibrated a new turbidimeter. ACTION NEEDED: Tier 2 public notice within 30 days (PN template send to Charles this date). Charlie indicated the notice would be posted beginning 7/15/16. | ||
