| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Scott called. Two of the three repeat samples and one source sample from well 3 tested positive for total coliform. I explained that a Level 1 investigation form would be mailed to him and he was to fill it out and return it. Since well 3 tested positive, that was a likely source of the bacteria in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: System to fill out and return Level 1 form to DWS. | ||
