| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Confirmed Alert DETAILS: Brandon called to report repeat total coliform detections. He said the WS has two wells but they are separated by a valve. The detections are coming from the area served by Well #2. The triggered sample for well #2 and a distribution sample were +TC. I faxed Brandon the L1 Assessment form. He said he has already started to shock chlorinate the well. I reminded him to take 3 routine samples in August. He faxed the completed L1 assessment form back to me the same day. He did find a nest of rats near the well head. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on routine samples in August. | ||
