Details:	SUMMARY: RP Coli+ DETAILS: Left USFS a Voice-Message. Todd-- Sarah, I, e-mailed McKenzie Jensen the level one form and explained they needed to investigate the bacteria issue and perform any corrective actions. The form needs to be returned to me for review and signature. ACTION NEEDED: Perform a level one investigation, return form to Lane County for review and signature. Return to regular monthly sampling for August.
