| Details: | SUMMARY: Coli Alert for Bandon Crossings GC Clubhouse DETAILS: Initial phone tag exchange ended with Carla Smith saying that the Level 1 investigation had been handed over to Bandon Well, a commercial outfit in Bandon. A 7.16.16 meeting revealed that Bandon Well declined to conduct the investigation, so Jim, Carlas husband(?) is doing the investigation. The well was shocked on the 28th of June, the samples taken subsequent to the shock were, not surprisingly, negative. ACTION NEEDED: Will call Sunday. | ||
