Details: SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: 4/2015 survey noted a few deficiencies. Large gap around reservoir access was repaired within a couple weeks, a coliform sampling plan was submitted on 4/28/16, and the DRC form was submitted 7/20/16. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to submit annual summary reports by 3/31 of each year as well as CCR.
