| Details: | Received a call from Gary during after-hours phone duty around 5pm. He informed of TC+ result today and asked whether they need to close the school. He said he has purchased bottled water for school which he can provide. I advised him that they do not need to close the school if he can ensure no one drinks tap water until he received clean results. 5/3/21: Talked to Gary and informed him that all he needed to do at this point was collect the three repeat and one source sample. We discussed that a boil water notice and use of bottled water was not needed unless the repeat/source samples are confirmed E. coli. |
