Details:	SUMMARY: Unable to Meet Compliance Plan Due Date DETAILS: Spoke to Matt on phone. They were waiting for the well driller who built well #2 to assess the well and determine if reconstruction was feasible or cost effective. Well driller did not reply by today (compliance plan due date). They are now consulting with another well driller but need more time for the driller to come out and look at the well. ACTION NEEDED: Extend Compliance action plan due date 45 days to 9/8/2016.
