| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow-up DETAILS: Corrected significant deficiencies, specifically ASR and CCR turned in, ERP and coliform sampling plan completed and now testing for chlorine twice weekly.These were done by 3/30/2016. Steve requested more time to work out property easement issues with relocating the fuel tank (setback issue) and repairing the water tower openings (needs contractor). ACTION NEEDED: Repair openings in water storage tank and move fuel tank. | ||
