Details:	SUMMARY: Routine TC Positive DETAILS: Triggered and 2 repeat coliform samples were positive for TC. I explained I would be on vacation and if any repeats were positives I gave instructions on 7/11 for completing the level one coliform investigation. ACTION NEEDED: Per discussion on 7/11: Level 1coliform investigation needs to be completed, (it was completed and sent to me on 7/25/2016) and determine cause and correct it. Operator shocked system, may take special samples. Will take 3 temporary routine coliform samples from distribution in August.
