| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and Copper Issues DETAILS: The Tierra Del Mar Water Co owns and operates a surface water system in Tillamook County. The water system has 260 connections, with 150 full time residents. The system has a cartridge filtration treatment plant. Source water for the system is Beltz Creek. The water system had been on the 3 Year sample interval for Lead and Copper. In the tests from September 2015, the Action Level for Lead was exceeded, with a sampled result of 0.0250 mg/L.Buck Miller contacted the Circuit Rider to request assistance with analysis corrosion control options based on the high lead test. Provide testing parameters for the water system. Recommended that the system also test parameters to determine Aggressiveness Index. Began completion of corrosion control analysis. ACTION NEEDED: Complete corrosion control analysis and recommendations. | ||
