| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Water Notice Lifted DETAILS: The systems was shock chlorinated. A level one investigation was provided to the system. The event occurred prior to the revised coliform rule implimentation.Two routine samples were sumitted from distribution system and were absent.The contract operator who samples the system was notified to take five temporary samples. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the temporary routine samples results. | ||
