Details:	SUMMARY: COLI15791 Contact DETAILS: I contacted new operator Fawn Herman and manager William Morgan and reviewed sampling practices and initial determinants of possible contamination. I also instructed Dawn to increase and maintain .25ppm chlorine residual throughout system, monitor, and complete the level 1 investigation required for repeat positve TC. Dawn will provide 3 additional routine samples for August as well as source samples from both wells. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
