Details: SUMMARY: Lead Exceedance at Mixing Sink - Where Ink is Mixed for Stamping Plywood DETAILS: Called Richard to see if he had received the letter on WQP testing and requirements. Left a message on 7/25. Was able to speak to him on 7/28. He had not received the results from lab, nor the letter from State DWP. Said he would go over to City office and check. This mixing sink is for mixing water with ink to stamp plywood. Has no sink spigot - a hose is attached. Bottled water has been supplied by Swanson for many years. Last survey - noted that system water was not consumed by workers. No sink in lunchroom. ACTION NEEDED: Read the letter, contact me with any questions. Due to the water not actually being consumed (bottled water supplied), I contacted Rebecca Templin as to next steps. Waiting for reply. Richard to get back to me after reading letter regarding WQP testing.
