| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up/System Score DETAILS: Alert ID: Vio 903445208/903445207System recd two violations for non reporting routine coliform May and June. Called Jody and discussed. They did fill out seasonal start up form and took annual assessment sample but did not know they were now required to sample monthly. She took a sample in July and will take samples for Aug, Sept and October (if open). ACTION NEEDED: Continued Monthly sampling during open season and submit start up form and assessment sample each spring. | ||
