| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert that all three repeat samples and the source sample collected on 8/4/16 all tested positive for total coliform. Spoke with Scott. Advised him that he will need to conduct a level 1 investigation and the form will be mailed to him. Since the source sample tested positive, it is likely that is the source of the bacteria. Scott plans to batch chlorinate the well and reservoir, then flush the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: System to conduct level 1 investigation. | ||
