| Details: | SUMMARY: L1 triggered June 2016 DETAILS: System had a repeat sample come back present for total coliform bacteria. This then triggered a Level 1 assessment. A form was sent to the water system. It was returned to DWS on 7/29/16. Three follow up temporary routine samples were collected July 18, 2016. All three were absent for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action - system is back to regular coliform monitoring | ||
