| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 1 July 2016 DETAILS: System had collected 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. The three repeats came back total coliform bacteria positive. We discussed the requirements with the new rule. System was going to evaluate remediation scenarios. A level 1 form was sent to the water system. ACTION NEEDED: System to complete and return the Level 1 form to DWS by Aug. 26, 2016. August sampling is back to the routine sampling of 1. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
