| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to tc+ routine sample DETAILS: System had collected a routine sample on 8/8/16. It tested positive for total coliform bacteria. Spoke with Greg and he felt the stagnant water played a role. There is very little water use there. System has a well that pumps directly to a small cistern. He will need to take a dip sample from the cistern for the source sample. The cistern is cleaned annually. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
